Key Roles and Responsibilities 1.Welcoming and greeting the walk-in customers and offers refreshment if needed. 2.Understand the customer need and make product demonstrations3.Guide customers on GMA (Genuine Motorcycles accessories) concept of the products, features and advantages.4. Able to service enquiries from all sources (Web, social media, Telephone, Walk-in)5. Follow up with customers and do closures.6. Cross Sell the Royal Enfield Apparels and Accessories. 3. PROCESS SPECIFIC1. Drive GMA (Genuine Motorcycles accessories) Sales at Workshop Individually as well through Service Consultant2. Maintain GMA (Genuine Motorcycles accessories) stock at Store & Workshop as per retail trend3. Maintain Display at Store & Workshop neat and clean. 4. Maintain GMA (Genuine Motorcycles accessories) Fitted bike at Store & Workshop5. Improve GMA (Genuine Motorcycles accessories) REX Score6. Conversion of GMA (Genuine Motorcycles accessories) Web leads into sales/ closures. 7. Monitor Dealer funds at GMA (Genuine Motorcycles accessories) account and on time order placement8. Monitor Order raised vs interfaced status of dealership9. Promote non-current bike Models GMA to Minimize the Obsolete stocks10. Promotion of GMA through approved Marketing contents at dealership level 11. Promotion of GMA Finance Schemes.

Looking for a competent Sales Executive. Expected steep learning curve with independent skills learning and implementing abilities. PUC and above (Freshers are Preferred) Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent Telephone Etiquettes and presentation skills. Basic knowledge required in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.Roles and Responsibilities Set appointments with the customers and invite them to the store to experience Royal Enfield motorcycles and Accessories. To understand customers requirements To match the right motorcycle based on customer's needs. To Explain the technical features, advantages and benefits of Royal Enfield motorcycles to the customers Facilitating test drive of Royal Enfield bike in store to create unique product experience. Sales closure Update customer details on the DMS (Dealer management system) on regular basis - Ensure data capture as per RE-CODE. Check the customer for Finance requirements if needed and coordinate with Finance/Bank Executive and process loan facility. Ensure smooth execution of required process such as test ride of the vehicle with all safety measures. Carry out vehicle allocation as per norms, follow up with customer for confirmation of allocation, check with customer appropriate date for invoicing. Prepare customer invoice, coordinate the customer with Bank/ finance executive for payment related quarries and finalize delivery date with delivery manager and customer. Maintaining all customer documents and preparing the invoice. Coordinate between the customer and insurance person as per the process. We are looking for a smart young and enthusiastic male candidate for Rayol Enfield Services Center with the following criteria.Qualification: ITI/ Diploma / SSLC/Puc.Preference will be given to Royal Enfield bikes specialised mechanics.1) Dismantle engines and repair or replace defective parts, such as magnetos, carburettors, and generators.2) Remove cylinder heads, grind valves, and scrape off carbon, and replace defective valves, pistons, cylinders and rings, using hand tools and power tools.3) Hammer out dents and bends in frames, weld tears and breaks; then reassemble frames and reinstall engines.4) Repair or replace other parts, such as headlights, horns, handlebar controls, gasoline and oil tanks, starters, and mufflers.5) Repair and adjust motorcycle subassemblies such as forks, transmissions, brakes, and drive chains, according to specifications.6) Replace defective parts, using hand tools, arbor presses, flexible power presses, or power tools.7) Reassemble and test sub assembly units.8) Disassemble sub assembly units and examine condition, movement or alignment of parts visually or using gauges.Walking between 11 am- 5pm at below address.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
