Job Description:As an Assistant Export Manager, you will play a key role in driving our international sales and marketing efforts, with a focus on identifying and reaching customers in various countries. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customers in different countries. Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements to develop effective export strategies. Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.2. Customer Identification and Outreach: Identify and prospect potential customers internationally through various channels, including online platforms, trade directories, and industry associations. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target markets to generate leads and opportunities Develop marketing collateral and presentations to showcase our products and services to prospective clients.3. Export Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements for each target country. Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations with international customers to secure sales contracts and agreements. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. Track sales performance and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.5. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requirements in a timely and professional manner.

As an Area Marketing Manager specializing in Industrial Electrical Switchgear Products, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the Delhi region. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors' activities. Develop strategic marketing plans to penetrate new markets and segments. Identify opportunities for product expansion and differentiation based on market insights.2. Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as switchgear electrical products dealers/distributors, electrical consultants, OEMs, UPS/AHU manufacturers, and panel builders. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitable business deals.3. Sales Management: Achieve target-based sales turnover by effectively promoting our switchgear products and solutions. Provide guidance and support to a team of 2-3 sales executives, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures as necessary to meet targets.4. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requirements in a timely and satisfactory manner. Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and preferences, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.5. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of new LED-based products from conception to commercialization. Your primary focus will be on designing electronic circuits, PCBs, and overseeing the development process to ensure the successful launch of innovative products. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. New Product Development: Lead the development of new LED-based and electrical switchgear products, from conceptualization and design to prototyping and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, electronics technicians, and manufacturing specialists, to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability. Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.2. Electronic Circuits and PCB Design: Design and optimize electronic circuits for LED lighting applications and electrical switchgears, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and reliability. Develop schematics and PCB layouts using CAD software, taking into account design constraints and manufacturing requirements. Perform simulations and analysis to validate the performance of electronic circuits and optimize design parameters.3. Prototyping and Testing: Build and test prototypes of new LED products and electrical switchgears to verify performance, functionality, and compliance with specifications. Conduct reliability testing and validation to ensure product quality and durability under various operating conditions. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the prototype phase and implement design improvements as necessary.4. Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of product development activities. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to procure components, materials, and resources required for prototyping and testing.

As a Quality Assurance Officer specializing in Electrical Switchgear Products, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products throughout the manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and audits of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Perform dimensional, visual, and functional tests on electrical switchgear products, identifying any defects or deviations from quality requirements. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.2. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformances, documenting all relevant information in quality management systems or databases. Prepare inspection reports, quality metrics, and other documentation for internal review and analysis, highlighting areas for improvement and corrective actions.3. Process Improvement and Optimization: Continuously monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of product quality and efficiency. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address recurring quality issues and implement sustainable solutions. Provide recommendations for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and training programs to support quality objectives.4.
