The candidate will be responsible for resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers. Respond to customer queries through email or chat for non-voice processes. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Resolve customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines. Achieve daily and monthly call targets. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.Required Skills: Good oral and written communication skills. Strong listening and customer-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email drafting). Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Time management and problem-solving abilities.Qualifications: Only BBA and BCOM candidates are preferred. Freshers candidates are welcome.
