Good in the selection of hydraulic seals, bearings, Linear motion guides, ball screws, gearboxes, thermocouples, flow meters, couplings, Material selection, etc. Create, implement, and maintain department standards and guidelines. Coordinated with design team members and developed design schedule to ensure compliance with client requirements.
