Should have knowledge in fabrication industry related stores material like Filler grinding wheels, cutting wheels ... welding machines, grinders, plasma cutting., Structural material,, Sheets, flat, angles Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data. supply chain procedure Financial budgeting costing awareness pricing comparison Cash flow statement banking transaction supplier payment credit facility availing bank LC . Purchase order terms and conditions writing. Transport courier arrangement delivery arrangement lifting the material manufacturers factory, LR Copies, logistics documentations. Bills, Delivery challan, Packing slip, E-way bill, Tax Invoices, GST Statement, Monthly GST information. Co ordination Communicate & Collaborate with production Quality dept. Stores, managers, and supervisors maintenance, HR Admin & Company management. Good organizational and management skills Sometimes expected to perform multi functional responsibilities, based on the job requirement & management requirement etc.. Candidate with wheeler with valid Driving License will be preferred.

Review of Quality Control Plan & Inspection Test Procedure as per Customer specification. Make shop procedures like hydro test, Water fill up test, PMI procedure and shop relativework procedure & weld map. Review & Approval of supplier QAP. System in process & final Inspection & Report making. Document& MTCs review as per ASME,ASTM,EN codes & Standards. Inward Inspection. Review of Material Traceability. Painting Inspection & Control on painting process. Awareness of ASME, ASTM, EN standards, WPS, PQR & WPQ as per ASME and EN, RT,LPT & PMI.Inspection activity as per Customer requirement, Expediting & Monitoring. Third party inspection at various engineering industries of process equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tanks as per customer QAP and applicable codes requirements.
