review of quality control plan & inspection test procedure as per customer specification.

• make shop procedures like hydro test, water fill up test, pmi procedure and shop relative

work procedure & weld map.

• review & approval of supplier qap.

• system in process & final inspection & report making.

• document& mtc’s review as per asme,astm,en codes & standards.

• inward inspection.

• review of material traceability.

• painting inspection & control on painting process.

• awareness of asme, astm, en standards, wps, pqr & wpq as per asme and en, rt,

lpt & pmi.

inspection activity as per customer requirement, expediting & monitoring.

• third party inspection at various engineering industries of process equipment,

pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tanks as per customer qap and applicable

codes requirements.
