- Greet and welcome guests: The receptionist cum computer operator will be responsible for welcoming visitors, clients, and employees to the office in a friendly and professional manner.- Answer and redirect phone calls: Handling incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when required.- Manage appointments and schedules: Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and ensuring that all meetings and events are organized efficiently.- Perform basic computer operations: Using basic computer skills to perform tasks such as data entry, emailing, and updating spreadsheets.- Maintain cleanliness of reception area: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.- Assist with administrative tasks: Providing administrative support to various departments as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.Skills and Expectations:1. Basic computer knowledge: Proficiency in basic computer operations and software like Microsoft Excel.2. Good communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, clients, and colleagues both in-person and over the phone.3.
