- Greet and welcome guests: The receptionist cum computer operator will be responsible for welcoming visitors, clients, and employees to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and redirect phone calls: Handling incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when required.
- Manage appointments and schedules: Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and ensuring that all meetings and events are organized efficiently.
- Perform basic computer operations: Using basic computer skills to perform tasks such as data entry, emailing, and updating spreadsheets.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks: Providing administrative support to various departments as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
