As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence and drive traffic to our website. This position is based in Velachery and requires you to work full-time in the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:** Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business goals, focusing on increasing online visibility and engagement.- **Manage Social Media Accounts:** Oversee and optimize company social media profiles to promote products and services, engage with the audience, and build community relationships.- **Conduct SEO Audits:** Analyze website performance and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increasing web traffic and enhancing user experience.- **Monitor Campaign Performance:** Track and assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.- **Collaborate with Content Creators:** Work closely with writers and designers to produce high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should hold a B.C.A, B.Ed, or B.E degree and have 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing.- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is essential for the role.- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms is expected.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with different departments.- Candidates should be detail-oriented, creative, and able to think strategically to drive successful marketing campaigns.

Must have experience in IT product sales.- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.- Proven sales track record- Experience in customer support is a plus.- Proficiency in based on Location: English & Tamil & Malayalam- Market knowledge- Communication and negotiation skills- Ability to build rapport.- Time management and planning skillsImmediate Joiners are most Preferable.
