A homeroom teacher is responsible for the holistic development of the students of her/his classroom. S/he will abide by the IB pedagogy, school philosophy & polices. Whilst the HR recruits a teacher for the EYP, s/he can be placed in any grade from Playgroup to PYP 1 depending on the vacancy. We believe that each educator needs to have the experience of dealing with the different age groups across the Programme spectrum.Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities Curriculum Planning, preparing and delivering instructional activities that support the philosophy of the Early Childhood and facilitate an inquiry based learning approach Maintaining good relationship with students and exercising appropriate authority Assessing students progress according to the school assessment policy Attending required meeting Collaborating with other homeroom teachers, subject specialists and other members of the school community Active participation in the process of preparation of school events, competitions, and implementation of extracurricular programmes Implement different strategies & tool for classroom management Creating conducive and creative learning environment Incorporating real-life experiences, current events, technology, arts, field trips and more Instructional Strategies: use many types of instructional strategies including teaching through inquiry and differentiated instruction. Technology Integration: incorporate technology across all disciplines whenever possible and appropriateCurriculum Development: work closely with the higher authorities and other staff to develop and align curriculum with the IB PYP, and achieve the goals of the school Set high and measurable goals for student achievement and evaluate student progress using summative and formative assessments Include the use of community resources, cooperate with families in welcoming them to our community, and maintain solid communication with all community members.

Creating online platforms for sharing and communicationDrafting, Reviewing learning stories Design, proofread postsArchive and maintain photos and videos in an accessible mannerSupport teachers to collate and create relevant photos and videosTimely posting of updates on the different platforms - Social media and internalAnalysing trends of the posts Collaborate with the leadership for creating program materials eg. website, brochure, communications, etc.Eventually participate in strategic platform development for maintaining learning evidence, sharing with different communities local and global long term aim to make the depth and diversity of learning in the PYP visible to the community and also brand buildingEditing digital content to make it suitable for posts.

Minimum working hours - 16 hours/week and in that at least either Saturday or Sunday for 4 hours.Pay range for day shift - 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM IST ( INR. 22400 - 48000/Month) - Depends on number of students and grade you are teaching, in a batch you can have maximum 4 students.Pay range for Night shift - 09:00 PM - 08:00 AM IST ( INR. 28800 - 54400/Month) - Depends on number of students and grade you are teaching, in a batch you can have maximum 4 student.Experience: Minimum 1+ Years of Teaching experience is preferred.Qualifications: Any Graduate with Relevant Certification - Certification shall be relevant to what you are applying for minimum Grade 4 and above from reputed organization.Having knowledge of Theory of Music, Suzuki Method.Skill: Good Written and Verbal communicationMust Have for Online Teaching: Own Musical Instruments, Broadband or WiFi Connectivity, Laptop with good webcam, Camera friendly, power backup.Mode of Interview: Online
