Job Description:Collect, format, and upload data into the company's database or software platforms.Verify data accuracy and integrity before and after loading.Ensure timely updates and maintenance of records.Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth data management.Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in data.Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.QUALIFICATION:Bachelors degreePrior experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role is preferred.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Good communication skills.

Arrange appointments and meetings for the General Manager, and record them in the calendar.- Arrange and coordinate the GM`s schedule and remind him in time.- Assist the General Manager in compiling data.- Assess priorities of work and, wherever possible, assist in organizing the GM`s priorities.- File and record all business documents as required.- Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.- Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization.- Responsible for supporting GM in finalization, drafting, mails, minutes making in daily routine activities.- Responsible for supporting GM work aspects including meetings, appointments, and interviews lined up.- Responsible for supporting GM in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposal budgets, and expenses, and monitoring the financial balance sheet.- Screening emails and other correspondence, and providing timely and accurate responses or forwarding them to the appropriate person.
