Job Description: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue. Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Gather client feedback to understand their experiences and preferences, and provide insights to internal teams for service improvement. Stay informed about new financial products, services, and technologies through ongoing training and professional development activities.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Utilize email marketing tools to design and execute email campaigns aimed at lead generation and customer retention. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to improve campaign performance.
