Job descriptionWe are hiring for a young, passionate & dynamic BDA who has a deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems, and innovative enablement solutions in Edu-Tech industry. What you will do:Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth. Communicate company products and services via cold calling, E-mail.Responsible for scheduling Product demo to the customers.Build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.Responsible for intense follow up with the potential prospects in closing the sales.Contribute individually to achieve weekly and monthly Sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the teams performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etcBe a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts.To research and analyze the customers requirements and present best solutions.What you will need:Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitches like a pro.Result-driven with experience in an extremely target-centric job.Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance & high-growth environment.Self-learners with a high grasping ability.Candidate must be fluent with English language / US Accent.Candidate with any Graduate/Post Graduate qualification.Should have minimum 1 year or more experience in sales / Business Development.Fresh graduates / post graduates with the above mentioned desired skills can also apply.

Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the animation industry as a Rigging artist. Experience in a variety of rigging techniques, and the ability to optimize performance of rigs. Expert in Autodesk Maya and Unity, with good skills in MEL and Python scripting. Advanced hero character rigging experience with a Autodesk-Unity based pipeline; knowledgeof other game engines a plus. Strong experience working with 3D facial rigging + blend shapes for highly expressive facesincluding subtle expressions. Good communication skills & ability to take direction.
