As a BPO Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in communicating with customers and providing them with assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to handle calls, address customer inquiries, and promote the companys services. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to address their queries and provide necessary support, ensuring a positive customer experience.- **Product Promotion:** Inform customers about products and services, highlighting features and benefits to encourage interest and potential sales.- **Data Management:** Accurately log call details and customer information into the system. This helps in tracking customer interactions and improving service quality.- **Problem Resolution:** Assist customers in resolving any issues they may have with services or products, aiming for quick and satisfactory solutions.- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback during calls to understand their needs better and report this information internally to enhance service offerings.To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
