Ground Staff Responsibilities:Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions.Checking in baggage.Making reservations.Selling airline tickets.Stocking aircraft with refreshments.Cleaning aircraft after flights.Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children.Providing information to passengers.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:1.Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.2.Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.3.Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.4.Identifying customer needs.5.Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.6.Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.7.Providing outstanding customer service.8.Updating customer information as required.9.Maintaining confidentiality of information.10.Performing other duties as the need arises
