Stay updated with the latest developments in ophthalmology and integrate them into practice.Qualifications: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an ophthalmologist. Proficiency in cataract surgeries (phacoemulsification preferred) and other ophthalmic procedures. Strong diagnostic skills with experience in managing a variety of ocular diseases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Manage hospital operations to ensure seamless patient experiences. Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including digital and on-ground outreach, to promote eye care services. Build and strengthen referral networks with local physicians, diabetologists, and other healthcare providers. Organize community camps (free, subsidized, and premium) and corporate healthcare programs. Collaborate with the team to rebrand the hospital and enhance its market presence. Identify and implement innovative approaches to increase patient footfall and revenue streams, such as specialty clinics and an in-house optic shop. Oversee empanelment processes with insurance providers and government schemes (CGHS, Ayushman Bharat, ECHS, etc.).Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital management, marketing, or business development, preferably in the eye care sector. Proven experience in business expansion and growth initiatives. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, healthcare branding, and patient acquisition strategies.
