Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose a wide range of ocular conditions.

€¢ Carry out surgical procedures, including cataract surgeries, with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.

€¢ Provide post-operative care and manage complications effectively.

€¢ Collaborate with the hospital team to implement innovative treatment plans and patient care protocols.

€¢ Participate in community outreach programs, including eye screening camps.

€¢ Train and mentor junior medical staff and assist in skill-building initiatives.

€¢ Stay updated with the latest developments in ophthalmology and integrate them into practice.

Qualifications:

€¢ MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.

€¢ Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an ophthalmologist.

€¢ Proficiency in cataract surgeries (phacoemulsification preferred) and other ophthalmic procedures.

€¢ Strong diagnostic skills with experience in managing a variety of ocular diseases.

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
