Expand the business network through appointment of new dealers/distributors/retailers and motivating the existing dealers and driving secondary sales. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, and in person. Collect market information, competitors data, analyzing the same. Execution of sales strategies and achieving given sales target. Should have vast Dealer Network in respective area. Should know the Distributor Management in assigned area. Coordinate with the dealer and maintain good relations. Should visit the dealers on a regular basis and visit all the key business dealers at least once in a month and ensure a smooth functioning of business unit.
