You will receive training /guidance and coaching to qualify as a professional.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements and make calls to qualify them for the job. Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritize them. Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure. Candidate should be flexible to work in night shift. Immediate joiners preferred.
