Lead the design and creative direction across digital, print, and packaging projects.Conceptualize and create impactful designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and product packaging.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas.Develop motion graphics, short videos, and basic editing when required.Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with high-quality output.Proven 4 - 6 years of professional experience in graphic design.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and packaging design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Knowledge of printing processes, packaging design, and color theory.Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think out of the box.

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and account finalization.Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate reports and forecasts.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Assist in audits (internal & statutory) and coordinate with auditors.Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.Provide financial insights to support decision-making by management.Professional certification (CA/ICWA/CPA) preferred.Proven experience (5+ years) as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and other accounting software.In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other baked goods, ensuring consistent quality and taste.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, bake, and decorate bakery items including breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes.Follow recipes while also bringing creativity to develop new products.Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and place orders when necessary.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.Supervise and guide junior staff (Commis I, II, III).Meet production deadlines for daily orders, events, and special occasions.Skills & Requirements:Proven experience as a Bakery Chef / Pastry Chef.Knowledge of modern and traditional baking techniques.Creativity in designing new products.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.Team leadership and training abilities.Qualifications:Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred).2 - 5 years of professional bakery experience.
