Thoroughly understand Co. products. Identify business opportunities by visiting various research labs. Procure purchase orders by establishing contacts and developing business relationship with researchers. Identify industry trends, market activities and competitors. Maintain business relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through self study and by attending meetings, educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Ensure adherence to laws and policies General office routine work

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our team, monitor and report to Director on a weekly basis.. Must be fluent in English, have good communication skills, must have good computer skills. Sales experience will be an asset.
