We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our TV News Channel. The role involves generating advertising revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing advertisers, and promoting the channels advertising solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential advertisers, businesses, and agenciesSell TV advertising slots, sponsorships, and promotional packagesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with the marketing and programming team for customized ad solutionsPrepare sales proposals, presentations, and rate negotiationsFollow up on leads and ensure timely payment collectionTrack market trends and competitor activitiesRepresent the channel professionally in client meetings and eventsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Good communication and convincing skillsStrong negotiation and presentation abilitiesTarget-driven and self-motivated attitudeBasic understanding of media sales and advertising (preferred)Ability to work independently and in a teamKnowledge of local market and business environment is an advantageEducational Qualification:Bachelors degree in any discipline(Marketing / Mass Communication preferred but not mandatory)Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary + Attractive IncentivesPerformance-based bonusesCareer growth opportunities in the media industryOn-the-job training provided
