Convert qualified leads into counselling appointments and student enrolments. Deliver counselling sessions using Study Smarts tools; present paid services and build a strong student pipeline. Research and provide suitable university/course options; follow up to ensure timely applications. Monitor applications, review documents (SOPs, CVs, LORs), and resolve admission-related issues. Guide students in final university selection, deposit payments, and scholarship opportunities. Provide end-to-end visa counselling, ensuring accurate documentation. Promote partner services (loans, accommodation, forex, insurance, flights) to maximize revenue. Act as the primary point of contact for students/parents; ensure prompt query resolution. Participate in events, seminars, and promotional activities; drive student engagement via calls, WhatsApp, and social media. Maintain accurate and updated student records in CRM. Attend training sessions, complete product knowledge assessments, and support new team members. Manage revenue-related activities: payment collection, pending balance follow-ups, and refunds.
