Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to schools, corporates, NGOs, and potential clients for business generationEngage with stakeholders face-to-face to build strong, long-term relationshipsIdentify and secure CSR funding opportunities with corporates and institutionsDevelop and deliver impactful proposals, pitches, and presentationsMaintain CRM data, generate MIS reports, and track performance metricsAchieve monthly/quarterly revenue and outreach goalsCollaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Key Responsibility Areas:1. Training & Development:o Train teachers on Physics concepts and pedagogy.o Conduct demonstrations and plan impactful sessions.o Develop engaging and effective content.2. Program Implementation:o Facilitate knowledge sharing and ongoing support.o Encourage interactive communication with stakeholders.o Identify schools and create MIS reports as per corporate requirements.o Obtain permissions from education officers and list schools for program implementation.3. Monitoring & Impact Assessment:o Emphasize turning average schools into model schools.o Analyze program impact, document implementation, and prepare detailed reports.o Recognize talent and document success stories.4. Maintenance & Support:o Maintain MSC models and resources.o Encourage ownership among teachers.o Address corporate requirements and ensure timely report writing.Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Physics (B.Sc/M.Sc). B.Ed completed or in progress is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable with Field Work NOTE: Candidate needs to have their own System/Laptop.________________________________________Selection Criteria: Experience in training students or teachers in Physics concepts.
