For Senior Position Must have Experience in SIEMENS Products Responsibilities :Collaborate with customers to create and train prospect lead qualification process. Manage day-to- day performance of all sales and deliver reviews. Working with Partners to achieve targets & generate new business opportunitiesWork with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives. Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with team, OEMs/Suppliers and leadership.Track metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis and Implement performance plans according to company targets and Ensure adherence to sales process. Sending proposals and closing deals on timeVisiting customer sites and studying requirements and providing inputs to technical team to get correct solutions.

Candidate having good experience/knowledge in PLC, HMI, SCADA, Having Good Knowledge in Panel Engineering, VFD, Stepper and Servo Motors and Drives Domain Knowledge: Industrial Automation and Communication Protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, Serial, Profibus and other reputed protocols).Must have Experience/Knowledge in IEC61131-3 ProgrammingMust having good Communication skills and Self-motivated and Self-learning.Experience/Knowledge in SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, ALLEN BRADELY Systems will be added AdvantageResponsibilities :Work with Technical Team to ensure smooth execution of Projects.
