We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Tender Executive-Construction to manage and coordinate all aspects of the tendering process for government and private construction projects. The role requires expertise in analyzing tender documents, preparing bids, and ensuring timely submission in compliance with legal and technical standards applicable to the construction sector.Key Responsibilities:Tender Identification & Evaluation:Daily tracking of government and private tender opportunities from online portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP, eProcurement, MSTC, State Tenders, Central Tender, PSU Tender, Private Clients, etc).Analyze tender notices, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and BOQ in detail to assess project fit.Bid Preparation:Prepare and compile pre-qualification (PQ), technical, and financial bid documents specific to civil and construction works.Coordinate with engineering, estimation, legal, finance, and procurement teams to gather necessary data, certifications, and supporting documents.Ensure compliance with RFP specifications and construction industry standards.Submission & Follow-Up:Manage both online and offline submission of tenders well before the deadline.Handle uploading of documents, EMD payments, and digital signature requirements.Attend pre-bid meetings, clarify queries with the client, and prepare responses to corrigenda or addenda.Post-Tender Activities:Track bid evaluation progress and follow up with clients for tender status.Maintain updated MIS/log for tenders submitted, won/lost, and reasons for rejection.Coordinate for contract award documentation and project handover to execution teams.Qualifications:Any Graduates and Post-Graduates with relevant experience in construction industry.Skills Required:Deep understanding of government tendering processes in constructionFamiliarity with BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimation, and EPC projectsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF editing tools, GEM, CPPP, and other e-tendering platformsKnowledge of bank guarantees, EMD, SD, and LD clausesExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines under pressurePreferred Experience:Civil/Infrastructure contracting companies (e.g., roads, buildings, bridges, irrigation, or industrial construction)Exposure to government clients like CPWD, PWD, NHAI, MES, Railways, PSUs, Urban Development Departments, etc.Additional Desirable Attributes:Strong negotiation and analytical skillsKnowledge of legal terms in construction contractsExperience with design & build tenders or item rate/turnkey contracts

The role involves preparing and validating contractor bills, ensuring accurate measurement of works, verifying BOQs, and maintaining documentation for client billing and subcontractor payments. The ideal candidate should bring both technical and commercial expertise to ensure timely and accurate project billing and cost controlKey Responsibilities: Prepare and review client and subcontractor RA (Running Account) bills as per actual work progress. Verify BOQ quantities, site measurements, and work completion certificates. Coordinate with site teams, quantity surveyors, and project managers to obtain and confirm billing inputs. Review contract terms, rate analysis, and change orders to ensure billing accuracy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing logs, cost statements, and supporting documentation. Ensure timely submission of bills to clients and follow up for certification and payment. Validate and process subcontractor/vendor invoices as per work orders and site execution. Coordinate with finance and accounts departments for reconciliations and audits. Analyze deviations between billed quantities and executed work to control project costs. Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS) and contractual obligations. Provide inputs for project cash flow, budgeting, and cost-to-complete reports. Lead or mentor junior billing engineers and ensure process efficiency.Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent Experience: 510 years in construction billing (buildings, infrastructure, industrial projects) Software Proficiency: MS Excel (advanced), AutoCAD, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), billing or QS software Key Skills: Strong knowledge of BOQ, DPR, RA bills, and contract billing Excellent understanding of construction drawings, estimation, and costing Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong documentation abilityPreferred: Experience working on government contracts, public sector infrastructure, or EPC projects Familiarity with CPWD/State PWD billing norms Certification in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management is a plus

Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interaction. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when needed.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in SEO/SMO or digital marketing. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends. Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
