Inspection, Repair, Maintains, Troubleshoots, Commissioning, repairs, installs /Servicing of Addressable and Conventional fire alarm control panel, fire suppression (ROOM Flooding, DLP, ILP), CCTV & Public Addressable system. Verifying the causes of malfunctions in system components or wiring, including ordering and installing replacement parts as necessary towards the building and rectifies the same. Compose and submit documentation and reports for each installation or repair visit, complying with companys standard operating procedure.

We are looking Site Engineer for Fire Fighting systems, who can completely take care of execution side and coordinate with Management, Client, Execution Team and Labor contractors for Given Site. Daily Progress Monitoring of Project and AMCs in Execution. Co-ordination between Client, Management, Execution Team, Vendors and Procurement Team. Servicing of the Fire hydrant system, Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Pump Room, Motor, DG, Fire Hydrant Valves and reporting the same to the management at the AMC Site. Independently handle the projects through the subordinate technicians.

Manage all accounting transactionsHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returnsAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulations

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and handle related logistics.Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.

Inspect fire hydrants and related systems to ensure they are in good working order.Test and repair fire hydrants and related systems when necessary.Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on fire hydrants, valves, and related systems.Install new fire hydrants and related systems as needed.Document all maintenance and repairs performed on fire hydrants and related systems.Prepare reports and maintain records of all fire hydrant inspections, repairs, and maintenance.Troubleshoot problems with existing fire hydrant systems.Provide technical advice and assistance to other departments regarding fire hydrant maintenance and operations.Respond to emergency calls for service regarding fire hydrant issues.
