urgent hiring for “fire alarm, cctv, access engineer”

job description

• maintain, troubleshoot, commissioning, repairs, install and inspect fire alarm control panel addressable and conventional, fire suppression system, cctv, access control & pa system.

• identify hazards, defects or in case of any repairs for smoke/heat detectors, pa, cctv, access.

• performs other general building maintenance tasks as assigned.

knowledge, skills and abilities

• maintenance and repair of fire alarm, pa, access, cctv, access, suppression systems and equipments..

• knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations and ordinances.

• operates drills, conduit benders, drill presses, cable pullers, meters (volt, ohm, amp and meg), hand drills, hand tools and power tools.

• ability to read blueprints and schematics, diagnostic program and other applicable diagnostic software and equipment.

• perform routine maintenance on equipment and determines the kind of maintenance needed.
