- Conducting direct sales activities: The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers to promote and sell products or services.- Developing and maintaining client relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.- Creating and implementing marketing strategies: Designing and executing marketing plans to reach target audiences and drive sales.- Cold calling potential leads: Reaching out to prospective clients via phone calls to introduce products or services and generate interest.- Communication with customers and team members: Maintaining clear and effective communication both internally and externally to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.- Meeting sales targets: Achieving set sales goals and objectives to contribute to the overall success of the company.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.- Marketing knowledge: Understanding of basic marketing principles and strategies to drive sales.- Direct sales experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in a direct sales role, would be beneficial.- Cold calling proficiency: Comfortable with reaching out to potential leads via phone calls to generate interest and sales.- Self-motivated and proactive: Able to work independently and take initiative in driving sales and achieving targets.- Ability to work remotely: Comfortable with working from home and managing tasks independently.
