Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.Identify, document, and track defects using ServiceNow Agile.Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system stability and compliance.Validate ServiceNow ITSM modules (hands-on experience is a must).Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards in testing.Hands-on in integration testing.Required Skills & Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow testing or a related field.Strong knowledge of service now modules mainly ITSM .Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Experience in testing ServiceNow upgrades and patch releases.

Position OverviewThe Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing specialized technical assistance in waterproofing works, supporting site engineers and clients, managing project activities and labor, and preparing quotations and work orders. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Technical Support- Provide on-site and remote technical guidance to site engineers regarding waterproofing methods, materials, and best practices.- Assist clients with technical queries, ensuring solutions are practical, cost-effective, and compliant with industry standards.- Conduct site inspections to identify waterproofing requirements and propose suitable solutions.- Project Management- Plan, organize, and oversee waterproofing project activities to ensure timely completion.- Supervise labor teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.- Documentation & Commercials- Prepare accurate quotations based on site requirements, material specifications, and labor costs.- Draft and issue work orders, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables.- Maintain detailed records of project progress, site reports, and client communications.- Quality & Compliance- Ensure all waterproofing works comply with company standards, client specifications, and relevant building codes.- Implement quality control measures and conduct periodic checks to guarantee durability and performance of waterproofing systems.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor
