Senior Tester (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.

Identify, document, and track defects using ServiceNow Agile.

Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system stability and compliance.

Validate ServiceNow ITSM modules (hands-on experience is a must).

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards in testing.

Hands-on in integration testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow testing or a related field.

Strong knowledge of service now modules mainly ITSM .

Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience in testing ServiceNow upgrades and patch releases.
