A customer service executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients or customers. The job involves interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person to assist them in resolving their queries, complaints, or concerns. Should be able to handle internal tasks.Responsibilities: Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner and providing appropriate solutions. Maintaining accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions. Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of products and services. Handle internal tasks, which are part of day to day operations.Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with Good communication skills with fluency in English language.Should have good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Word etc.Any Graduate with experience of 1-2 years in customer service or a related field is preferred.Salary: 160 - 200 INR per HourShould be able to work in Rotating shift.
