A customer service executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients or customers. The job involves interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person to assist them in resolving their queries, complaints, or concerns. Should be able to handle internal tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintaining accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.
• Handle internal tasks, which are part of day to day operations.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with Good communication skills with fluency in English language.
Should have good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Word etc.
Any Graduate with experience of 1-2 years in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
160 - 200 INR per Hour
Should be able to work in Rotating shift.
