a customer service executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients or customers. the job involves interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person to assist them in resolving their queries, complaints, or concerns. should be able to handle internal tasks.

• handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner and providing appropriate solutions.

qualifications:

should have good computer skills and proficiency in microsoft tools like excel, word etc.
any graduate with experience of 1-2 years in customer service or a related field is preferred.
salary:
160 - 200 inr per hour
should be able to work in rotating shift.
