End to End software implementation: installation, configuration, integration, definingvarious policies as per the client requirements etc, and get the certification of completionfrom the client. Train the users functionally and technically on our various softwares aspects. Provide technical support along with basic trouble shooting on L1 Level and provide ad-hoctraining to customers who use the companys product, replying to inbound queries. Responsible for database support, troubleshooting the problems by writing SQL queries, deploy new patches on UAT and production server at IIS server. Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functionalcapabilities and possible upgrades. Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback toidentify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager. Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customersatisfaction and retention. Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal. Knowledge on ticket management system. Required Skills Education Qualification: Any computers degree: BCA / BSc (Information Technology) / BSc(Computer Science) / BE or BTech Computer Science / BE or BTech IT etc / MCA. 0 to 2 Years experience in Software - Customer Success / Support Domain. Experience of working with various databases like SQL, Oracle & MS Access or withsoftware implementation & ticketing tool will be an added advantage. Good understanding of computer, internet and IT literacy with the ability to learn newtechnology quickly. Job Role- Schematic Design:- Collaborate with Hardware and firmware engineers to create schematic diagrams based on project requirements.- Ensure accurate representation of electronic components and connections.- PCB Layout Design:- Use PCB design software (Cadence Allegro 17.2) to create physical layouts of PCBs.- Place components, connectors, and traces while considering signal integrity and thermal management.- Optimize board layouts for manufacturability and assembly.- Candidate should have experience in the full life cycle of PCB Design Symbol creation, Draw Schematic, Footprint Creation, Assign Footprint for Symbol, Generation of the Bill of Material(BOM), Board Outline Creation as per DXF or Drawing, Component Placement, Constraint Setting, Routing, DRC Check, Length Matching, Silk-Screen Arrangement, Assembly Drawing Creation, XY DATA Generation, Fabrication Gerber Generation Verification Of Gerber. - Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation, including design files, bill of materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and Keep records of design changes and notes for manufacturing and assembly teams.Required Skills - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).- Proficiency in PCB design software (Cadence Allegro 17.2).- Strong understanding of PCB layout best practices.- Knowledge of signal integrity, thermal management, and design for manufacturability.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Detail-oriented and able to work with precision.
