As a VMC Machine Programmer at SP Leak Test & Automation Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the team by performing the following key responsibilities:- Programming for VMC Machine (Programming Knowledge for CNC Machine added advantage but not a must)- Operating & Setting of VMC- Inventory Management (Raw materials & tools)- Estimation for machined parts- Supplier coordination- Able to do programming with Solid Cam- Estimation of machine hours- Interpretation of CAD/drawings- Planning and scheduling as per the requirement- Work holding Fixture planning for parts- Follow-up with outsourcing vendors- Knowledge in using quality instruments- Analyzing the root cause and troubleshooting of machine issuesSkills:Good communication skillsWilling to work in extended work hours/shiftShould know two wheeler riding (with DL)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in a similar role is a plus
