Job Description

as a vmc machine programmer at sp leak test & automation pvt. ltd. in bengaluru, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the team by performing the following key responsibilities:

- programming for vmc machine (programming knowledge for cnc machine added advantage but not a must)

- operating & setting of vmc

- inventory management (raw materials & tools)

- estimation for machined parts

- supplier coordination

- able to do programming with solid cam

- estimation of machine hours

- interpretation of cad/drawings

- planning and scheduling as per the requirement

- work holding fixture planning for parts

- follow-up with outsourcing vendors

- knowledge in using quality instruments

- analyzing the root cause and troubleshooting of machine issues

skills:

good communication skills

willing to work in extended work hours/shift

should know two wheeler riding (with dl)

ability to work independently and as part of a team

experience in a similar role is a plus
