Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Solar Panel Installer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing solar panel systems, including structural mounting and electrical wiring up to the inverter level. The role requires hands-on experience in both mechanical fitting and basic electrical work.Key Responsibilities:Install solar panel mounting structures on rooftops (tin, RCC, or ground mount)Fix and align solar panels securely on structuresPerform DC wiring (string connections, cable routing, MC4 connections)Connect panels to inverter and assist in commissioningEnsure proper earthing and cable managementFollow safety standards and site protocolsWork with the team to complete installations within timelinesTroubleshoot basic installation issues on-siteRequirements:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in solar installationKnowledge of rooftop structure installation (aluminium/gi structures)Basic understanding of electrical wiring and solar systemsAbility to use tools like drilling machine, spanners, cutters, etc.Comfortable working at heightsITI/Diploma in Electrical (preferred but not mandatory)Willingness to travel to different project sitesSkills Required:Structural fitting & alignmentDC wiring & inverter connection basicsProblem-solving on-siteTeamwork and disciplinePerks:Travel allowance (if applicable)Performance incentivesOpportunity to grow in the solar industry
