Opening For Solar Panel Installer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Solar Panel Installer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing solar panel systems, including structural mounting and electrical wiring up to the inverter level. The role requires hands-on experience in both mechanical fitting and basic electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:

Install solar panel mounting structures on rooftops (tin, RCC, or ground mount)

Fix and align solar panels securely on structures

Perform DC wiring (string connections, cable routing, MC4 connections)

Connect panels to inverter and assist in commissioning

Ensure proper earthing and cable management

Follow safety standards and site protocols

Work with the team to complete installations within timelines

Troubleshoot basic installation issues on-site

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in solar installation

Knowledge of rooftop structure installation (aluminium/gi structures)

Basic understanding of electrical wiring and solar systems

Ability to use tools like drilling machine, spanners, cutters, etc.

Comfortable working at heights

ITI/Diploma in Electrical (preferred but not mandatory)

Willingness to travel to different project sites

Skills Required:
