About the RoleSolarsphere Energy is looking for a hands-on Solar Project Engineer who can handle rooftop solar installations end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be able to understand solar system design & SLDs, perform electrical work, and lead installation teams at sites.Key Responsibilities- Conduct site surveys, load analysis, and feasibility checks- Understand and interpret solar PV design, SLDs, and layout drawings- Execute rooftop installations: module mounting, wiring (AC/DC), earthing, conduit laying- Perform electrical work including inverter installation, DB wiring, protections, testing- Lead and supervise on-site teams & contractors- Monitor project timelines and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards- Manage BOQ, material planning, and vendor coordination- Assist with documentation, commissioning reports, and handover- Coordinate with DISCOM teams for net-metering where neededSkills & Qualifications- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy- 14 years of experience in solar rooftop projects (freshers with strong basics may apply)- Strong understanding of electrical systems, protections, and solar plant components- Ability to read and create SLDs (AutoCAD preferred)- Willingness to travel to project sites
