o Conducting baseline assessment to understand the existing SWM system of the city.o Performing demonstrations to create awareness on source segregation.o Conducting events like meetings/rally/street plays to engage citizens in the solid waste management campaigno Mapping of collection vehicle route and analysis to ensure 100% door-to-door collection and monitoring of collection vehicle route physically on daily basis.o Prepare, manage and submit the progress report required by the customer to release the paymento Conduct regular weekly meetings of the team, understand the issues and intervene to resolve thoseo Establish cordial relationships with important stakeholders such as but not limited to Chief Officer, Nagaradhyaksh, Corporators, and Respected Citizens.
