Position: Personal Secretary-cum-Social Media ManagerMinimum qualification: Must be educated in English medium throughout with a Bachelors degree from a reputed university.Salary: INR 25,000/- to Rs.28,000/- per month (as per experience and subject to increase as per performance).Location: Candidate should be located in the tri-city (i.e., Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula).Professional Competencies, among other things: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English. Should be able to assist with HR work of the firm including recruitment. Should have proficiency in writing articles, reports. Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and self-directed. Highly Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Proficient in social media management. Good understanding of business management. Good understanding of web designing and content creation. Good understanding of branding and marketing (must know essentials).Key Deliverables, among other things: Manage the daily schedule and Schedule appointments Manage office communications incl. draft emails, memos and letters Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings Make travel- boarding and lodging arrangements Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems Maintain confidential department files/records Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia incl. assist with presentations and reports Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in line with the firm's goals including manage social media accounts (for example facebook, LinkedIn etc.). Assist with business development.
