Responsibilities:Accurately estimate plan/spec and design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems and other related softwareMaintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projectsEstablish and maintain vendor relationshipsPerform site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughsInteract with the sales and project management teams to insure all projects are performed under budget and according to plans and specificationsAbility to read and comprehend blueprints and other construction documentsKnowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their componentsPossess strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Quickpen software and estimating systems preferredThorough understanding of related trades for the purposes of coordinating various project estimatesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsDeadline and detail-oriented
