Job Title: Human Resource ExecutiveResponsibilities:1. Data Management:Maintain employee records and HR databases.Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant HR experience (typically 0-1year).Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.Skills:Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
