What will you do at Skillovilla? Learn & understand Skillovillas products, prospective clients & services well. Understand customer needs, and requirements and correlate solutions and customerrequirements Identify and qualify new customers coming from our inbound and outbound lead funnel. Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system Respond, engage and qualify inbound/outbound leads and inquiries. Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high-potential new customers. Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas. Perform effective online demos to prospects.What do we need from you? Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listeningskills and a positive and energetic phone presence (Hindi, English Mandatory, knowingregional languages will be a plus). Ability to make focused efforts to win customers. The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a research-based approach. Ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively.Academic QualificationAny Graduation/ Post Graduation (completed and pursuing final year students)

Job Description- Develop, manage, and publish technical curriculum for backend development-related content, covering various technologies such as General-purpose programming, Database, AWS, Java Spring Boot, and more.- Gain a deep understanding of the fundamentals of backend development and ensure comprehensive knowledge to effectively teach others.- Craft engaging and informative content that caters to diverse learning styles, ensuring learners can easily comprehend complex concepts.- Collaborate with the CTO/COO of the company to create a new course curriculum that meets industry standards and aligns with the company's strategic goals.- Break down intricate backend development topics into digestible modules, exercises, and assessments, allowing learners to acquire practical skills.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in backend technologies, industry trends, and teaching methodologies to continuously enhance the curriculum.What are we looking for in a candidate?**- Must have worked on a Spring Boot project- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with backend development technologies, including General-purpose programming, Database systems, AWS, Java Spring Boot, and other relevant frameworks.- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creating engaging and informative content.- Passion for learning and teaching, with a desire to continuously expand your knowledge and share it with others.- Strong research skills to gather relevant resources and stay updated with industry trends.- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.- Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
