Design, Development, Qualification and deployment, maintenance of LabVIEW / Test Stand based automated Test Equipment's as per product requirement which includes Analog, digital & mixed circuits Test software development as per the requirements (LabVIEW/ Test Stand) Interface with customers to understand user requirements and Generate test specifications, Responsible to release controlled documents Creation of Test System Bill Of Material Analysing and validating material/component /parts selection w.r.t tolerances, performance, and manufacturability. Electrical/ Electronic Schematics preparation using AUTOCAD/ORCAD etc. Interface with production engineering / customer for successful design, development, deployment and maintenance of automated test equipments schematics and test management. Responsible to Maintain & update the project files Responsible to improve 5S & Kaizen initiatives Travel to client place for installation and support Shall handle customers You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem.

Assembly of wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper assembly techniques Soldering (IPC610 Standard) and Wiring (IPC620 Standard)Solder PCBAs, connectors, wires, crimp and install specialized wires, cables and connectors. Troubleshoot and test assemblies Maintaining a safe and clean environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Incoming Goods Inspection (IGA):Inspect incoming goods (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics etc), including test jigs, fixtures, and automated test equipment (ATEs), to ensure compliance with quality standards. Laboratory Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and calibrate electronic laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability, Testing and Troubleshooting:Perform testing, fault-finding, and troubleshooting at the component level for various electromechanical components/ devices and systems. Inventory Management:Manage the stock inventory of electromechanical parts, ensuring availability for projects and minimizing downtime. Interface with customers to understand wiring requirements, Document test results and prepare detailed reports.
