LAB Technician-test Bench (male) Fresher

 Assembly of wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper assembly techniques

 Soldering (IPC610 Standard) and Wiring (IPC620 Standard)

Solder PCBA’s, connectors, wires, crimp and install specialized wires, cables and

connectors.

 Troubleshoot and test assemblies

 Maintaining a safe and clean environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

 Incoming Goods Inspection (IGA):

Inspect incoming goods (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics etc), including test jigs, fixtures, and automated test equipment (ATEs), to ensure compliance with quality standards.

 Laboratory Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and calibrate electronic laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability,

 Testing and Troubleshooting:

Perform testing, fault-finding, and troubleshooting at the component level for various electromechanical components/ devices and systems.

 Inventory Management:

Manage the stock inventory of electromechanical parts, ensuring availability for projects and minimizing downtime.

 Interface with customers to understand wiring requirements,

 Document test results and prepare detailed reports.

 Responsible to release controlled documents

 Creation of Test System Bill Of Material

 Analysing and validating material/component /parts selection tolerances, performance and manufacturability.

 Electrical/ Electronic Schematics preparation using AUTOCAD/ORCAD etc.

 Responsible to improve 5S & Kaizen initiatives

 Travel to client place for installation and support

 You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem.
