Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and converting prospects into customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue through effective pricing, inventory control, and channel management. A strong background in handling OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and a solid grasp of revenue management software/tools is essential.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective revenue strategies to optimize hotel revenue and profitability.Manage and oversee OTA channels such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities.Monitor and manage room inventory, rate parity, and availability across all online platforms.Utilize revenue management software and tools (e.g., RMS, Channel Manager, PMS) for forecasting and performance tracking.Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, booking patterns, and business mix.Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and front office teams to align pricing and promotions.Requirements:Proven experience in Revenue Management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge and experience in handling OTA platforms.Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems (e.g., RateGain, STAAH, eZee, Hotelogix, or similar tools).Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).Preferred Skills:Ability to work independently and take ownership of revenue performance.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficient in Excel and hotel PMS systems.Salary: Commensurate with experienceJoining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred
