Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and converting prospects into customers over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a strong understanding of the companys products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold lists.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a plus.
High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
