Key Responsibilities:1. Preparation of meals - Cook and prepare delicious and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.2. Menu planning - Assist in creating menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences.3. Food safety and hygiene - Ensure all cooking and food handling practices follow safety and hygiene standards.4. Inventory management - Keep track of kitchen supplies and ingredients, and place orders as needed.5. Cleanliness - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Experience - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in cooking and meal preparation.2. Education - 12th pass or equivalent qualification in culinary arts or related field.3. Attention to detail - Ability to follow recipes accurately and pay attention to cooking times and temperatures.4. Time management - Efficiently manage time to ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule.5. Physical stamina - Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy pots, and work in a fast-paced environment.6. Team player - Willingness to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive work environment.
