1) Hiring:- Hiring through Different Medium (Poaching, Reference, Store Visit etc.)- Coordinate with respective departments for Manpower requisition process- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary round of interview.- Scheduling interview with Operation Manager & Final round with HR- Salary Negotiation- Joining Formalities- Actively participate in Job fair or any other activity/event to attract talent2) Employee Communications:- Visit to the store and Communicating with frontline sales staff and motivate them to do better.3) Performance Evaluation:- Archive sales staff performance and schedule the training with training team.-Emailers and certificates to felicitate Star Performers- Follow-up with respective HODs for completion of Annual evaluations as per deadline. Filing the data for evaluations4) Employee Personal Files:- Updating & Maintenance of all Employee Files.5) ExitConducting and maintaining exit interviews and sharing feedbackDesired Candidate Profile:- Excellent Written & Oral Communication in English & Hindi (Kannada will be an advantage)- Well versed with MS Office Applications
